Wiltshire Police Appeal for information after thefts from shops in Swindon

Wiltshire Police are investigating a number of thefts from shops in Swindon which occurred last month.

CCTV images of people officers would like to speak to in connection with the incidents are attached.

At approximately 2:00pm on 11th May, three women removed the security tags from items in Mothercare, Greenbridge Retail Park and put them into bags. It is estimated that the combined value was £250.

At around 10:00pm on 19th May, a man and woman entered the Esso Service Station, Marlborough Road. Wiltshire police believe that whilst one distracted the cashier the other took various items including e-cigarettes and liquids valued at £200. The man had a tattoo on the side of his neck.

Shortly before 7:00 pm on 25th May, a man took a pair of Sony headphones valued at £299 from John Lewis in Telford Way. He left the shop without making any attempt to pay for the item.

In all these cases no attempt to pay for the items was made.

Wiltshire Police ask that anyone who has information regarding these incidents or the people pictured contact PCSO Ben Low at Gablecross Police Station on 101.
